Cloud Payload is the integration and automation brand of JTM Global Enterprises (JTM).
Our story began in 2008, when JTM operated a highly automated e-commerce business alongside ventures in land investment and logistics. Technology and integration were essential to running those businesses efficiently.
In 2011, we built our own IT team and discovered something important—we enjoyed solving technology problems even more than running e-commerce. We began helping other businesses connect applications, automate processes, manage data, and build better technology solutions.
Eventually, we sold our e-commerce operations and focused more of our energy on IT consulting.
In 2026, we created Cloud Payload to give our integration work and growing team a brand of its own.
Today, we bring years of real-world business and technology experience to every project. We don’t just understand how systems connect—we understand why those connections matter to the people running the business.
